An 18-Month Renovation
In the early 1990’s, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Cleveland was developed as part of the new, then high-end Tower City Center retail complex. An 18-month massive renovation was completed in 2017 which reconfigured public spaces throughout the hotel.

Elegant Design
Instead of being closed off in a dark room somewhere, the Turn Bar & Kitchen is incorporated into the 6th floor lobby adding elegance with its design of fire, light and mirrors. Chic details like shimmering metals and finishes are an ode to Cleveland’s historic steel mills.
Interior Renovations
Interior renovations continue with the Muse Lounge, a high-end bar for celebrity guests and Bubbles, a room for brides to prepare for wedding events.
Glamorous Lighting
Crystal chandeliers reminiscent of the 8,500-pound piece hanging in Playhouse Square are part of the glamour of the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom. Chandeliers were removed and replaced throughout the 6th floor public areas.
State-of-the-Art Technology
State-of-the-art technology is used throughout the revamped hotel. A new fitness center is outfitted with the best Technogym and Peloton equipment, as well as a Fitness-on-Demand wall offering virtual workout classes.
